Joseph Ammirati holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, and has earned the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's ABV designation (Accredited in Business Valuation) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Ammirati has assisted numerous companies and attorneys regarding valuation issues relating to equitable distribution, estate and gift tax planning and business planning. He has also been involved in numerous engagements involving business and asset valuations, forensic accounting, and damage claims.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
